What to expect:
Walk Thru:
I absolutely love to do a walk through for several reasons; first, it's a great way to get to know each other! We love to know our clients and you want to get to know who will be in your home. It's a great way for me to see your home and I can then quote you on the price.
This also allows you to ask questions. I always explain what and how we will clean during the tour. If you have a certain room you don't want done, or if you have a certain area of concern you would like extra attention given to, that's a great way to figure that all out! They take around 45 minutes.
What happens when we arrive to clean:
We will unload our equipment, and of course, have a chat and let the client give us a walk through if we haven't been to this property before. Typically your cleaner will be myself and my husband, Keith. It's typically both of us, if not, it will still be either myself or Keith* You will always know who is coming to clean your home.
We typically will work our way from the highest floor down to the bottom floor. Everyone has their specialty and I tend to clean bathrooms and kitchens doin the "wet" work while my husband is wonderful at dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
We try to always stay out of the clients' way. We welcome clients to be home while we clean! It's always great if we can rotate with a client. If they are working in their office during the clean, we will only ask them to step out of the office while we can clean, and then go right back in. We never want to interfere with the clients' day-to-day activities.
Our Policies
You are never locked into any contract with us! You don't need to schedule X amount of cleans, or commit to anything. We do one-time cleans, bi-weekly, monthly, but you are absolutely free to adjust services at any time. We ask if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment to just give us a call or text as soon as possible. We always do the same if we need to adjust your appointment with as much notice as possible.
